2 Color table of color source and its color rendering In order to obtain a good visual effect, a good light environment must be formed by illumination. Thus, the light source is the primary factor for good lighting. The purpose of green lighting is energy saving and environmental protection, which further embodies the importance of light sources, especially energy efficient light sources. Therefore, in addition to requiring high light efficiency, the illumination source requires that the light it emits has a good color. The color of the light source has two meanings: color table and color rendering. The color that people can directly observe is called the color table of the light source, and the color temperature is the amount that describes the color table. The color of the light source can be classified into three categories according to its correlated color temperature as shown in Table 1. In order to obtain a good lighting effect, the color temperature of the selected light source must be adapted to the required illumination. In general, when the illumination level is low, warm light is used to make people feel comfortable; when high illumination is required, cold light illumination is used to obtain comfort. The color rendering of the light source is always good. However, a lot of research shows that the color rendering and light effect of the light source are often contradictory, that is, the light source with good color rendering tends to have low light efficiency.

Therefore, from the perspective of energy saving, the color rendering of the light source should be reasonably selected.
