First, the constant temperature and humidity test box display does not work:
(1) The power supply has no indication, you can check if the power cord is plugged in or not.
(2) The power switch is damaged and replaced in time.
(3) The instrument output cable is disconnected and the plug is not inserted.
(4) The contactor burns out and replace the contactor of the same type.
Second, the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is not heated:
(1) Set the temperature too low and adjust the set temperature.
(2) The temperature controller and contactor are damaged and need to be replaced.
(3) The heating tube is dehydrated and burned, and the same power electric heating element needs to be replaced.
Third, the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is not cooled or the cooling effect is poor:
(1) Check if the temperature controller is set correctly, the temperature controller does not output the signal to set the set value or check the temperature controller fuse;
(2) The temperature controller output signal contactor does not work, replace the contactor;
(3) refrigerant leakage;
(4) The compressor does not work, check the voltage strength, and the compressor is directly connected to the power supply. If it is still not working, there may be unstable power supply voltage or burnout of the thermal relay or compressor. The thermal relay or compressor must be replaced.
(5) If the axial fan is faulty, please contact the dealer or manufacturer.
4. The temperature in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is lower than the given value and does not humidify:
(1) Check if the given value is correct, dial the temperature controller switch to check whether it is sprayed or not, then the humidifier is faulty;
(2) When the digital display value is lower than the given value, check whether the indicator of the temperature controller turns red. If it is unchanged, the difference should be adjusted appropriately. If it is red but not humid, check the humidifier.
(3) If the humidifier does not work properly, first check the transducer for any scale and impurities. The transducer must be kept clean and then check if the water tank is broken.
(4) The temperature controller can not output the signal should check the instrument, the temperature display 1-10 °C is normal, wipe the water trace on the sensor probe with a dry cloth, it can be displayed normally.
5. The constant temperature and humidity test box sealing strip is not tightly sealed:
Use a heating method (hair dryer) to widen the magnetic strip.
