Italian fabric manufacturer Eurojersey collaborated with the Milan Polytechnic University to organize a design competition called “City Runnersâ€. The aim is to focus on technical and functional clothing designed in an avid lifestyle in a vibrant urban scene.
The competition involved 52 students from Politecnicodi Milano. They come from fashion design and will design a costume for urban runners. Moreover, they combine the perfect analysis of the city with the performance of the style study, so that the relevant personnel will focus on the technical coat and give priority to the high-performance characteristics of the sensitive fabric.
The 10 finalists have elaborated on the “City Runner†costume with a multi-layered appearance and modern colors. This garment brings a stylish and dynamic look into the urban environment while applying the look and feel of sensitive fabrics.
Technically and functionally, it uses Sensitive Plus Membrana fabrics and Sensitive Classic Punch-out technology, a technical jacket made of metal veneer and Sensitive Grace's internal personalized print, reminiscent of the geometry of the skyscraper. This jacket has a leather coat on the belt and is unisex. Its outer layer is completely sealed, with a zipper inside and an anti-fog mask that can be used in a hot and foggy city.
