1. Take a 500mm long polyester thread as a sample of 3 sections, each rolled into a small circle, and placed in a high and low temperature test chamber for a cycle. Warm up from normal temperature 23 °C ± 2 °C to 80 °C ± 2 °C, keep warm for about 2 hours, then cool down to 23 °C ± 2 °C, keep for about 2 hours, then cool down to -30 °C ± 2 °C, keep about 2 hours Finally, the temperature was raised to 23 ° C ± 2 ° C at room temperature, and the cycle was repeated 10 times.
2. After completion, the experimental sample should be placed in an incubator at 80 ° C ± 2 ° C for 7 days.
3. When the above two steps are completed, the surface of the polyester thread should be visually inspected. If there is no whitening, embrittlement or powder cracking, then the single-line tensile test is carried out. If it meets 20#≥64N; 30#≥48N, it is considered qualified.
